Jeanne grew up in New England in Beverly, Massachusetts and attended The University of Denver, receiving her BSBA in Finance/Marketing. After working for Motorola in Schaumburg, IL for several years managing their advertising department, she moved on to real estate in downtown Chicago starting out with Coldwell Banker’s Lincoln’s Park office. In 1991, she opened her own real estate and development firm and was involved as General Partner in over 50 condo conversions in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhoods and in Evanston, IL. She was responsible for property acquisition, floor plan design/reconfiguration, project management, pricing, sales and marketing programs. She also managed the sales staff at Briarcourt Villas, a very unique and successful 66-unit new construction / townhome community in Aurora, IL. Jeanne held an Illinois Real Estate Broker license for 20 years and managed her own brokerage firm for 15 years. In 2006, she and her family moved out to Colorado. Jeanne is now representing ownership at The Villas of Cotton Ranch, a 72 unit new home community in Gypsum, CO, where she is in charge of all marketing and sales programs. She enjoys skiing, biking , tennis and spending time on the beach whenever she can.
