NorthPoint Builders LLC constructing 72 beautifully crafted homes with mountain views in Vail Valley
GYPSUM, Colo. (Sept. 13, 2016) — The Villas at Cotton Ranch, Vail Valley’s newest community of impressive, upscale mountain villas, is launching Phase 2 of construction. After selling out of 13 villas in Phase 1, NorthPoint Builders LLC is starting construction of 14 more, and has released the first several units for sale starting at $360,000 for 2BRs and $439,500 for 3BRs.
