Gypsum used to get a bad rap in the design world – but no more! There’s been a building boom taking place. and we’re thrilled to be part of a team that is bringing good design down valley.
Starting in spring of 2015, the Villas at Cotton Ranch broke ground with 13 units in phase one. These duplexes and triplexes sold out quickly and phase two, consisting of 14 more villas, broke ground this fall.
Kim Toms, senior designer and interior fixed finish expert, curated the design specifications that include tiles, wood flooring, countertops and cabinets for bathrooms and kitchens. Although the look is definitely high end, Kim noted that she worked within a very set budget, creating a strong value for the dollar.
